Aline Rossiter
Director of Admission - 860.567.1803
Aline is a seasoned professional in the field of admission marketing and enrollment management. Prior to joining Forman, she served as the Director of Marketing and Enrollment Management at Chase Collegiate School in Waterbury for 10 years. Prior to that, she held two positions over a span of 15 years at Post University in Waterbury: she was the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid and also Director of Admissions. Rossiter is a faculty member for Strategic Enrollment and Marketing with the Association of Independent School Admissions Professionals (AISAP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications at the University of Hartford. She and her family live in Bethlehem, CT.
Tom O'Dell

Tom joined the Forman School Admission Office in 2006, with over 30 years of experience in independent boarding schools as a Director of Admission, teacher, coach, and dorm parent. He is the former Head of Greenwood School, a junior boarding school for boys with learning differences. In 2005, Tom started his own educational consulting business, helping families all over the world find the right school for their children. He is a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultant Association (IECA), and has served on the Learning Disabilities Committee of IECA. Tom is a past President of the Small Boarding School Association (SBSA), and is currently a Trustee for the Litchfield Montessori School in Northfield, CT. A graduate of Adelphi University, Tom is a lifelong resident of Litchfield, where he raised his two children. His son Andrew is on the faculty of Tabor Academy and daughter Danielle is a research biologist for the Nantucket Conservation Foundation. Tom and his wife Robin live on Woodridge Lake in Goshen.
Jaime Feinman
Assistant Director of Admission - 860.567.1830
Jaime Feinman holds a Masters in English Education from Columbia University Teacher's College and a B.A. from NYU in English Literature. A former teacher, she is experienced in assessing students and guiding them through the application process. Jaime is particularly well-suited to welcome students into the life of a boarding school, having attended Westover School in Middlebury, CT.
Ashley Magner
Assistant Director of Admission - 860.567.1844
Ashley Magner attended Salve Regina University with a double major of Secondary Education and English Literature, graduating with a B.A.S. Prior to joining the Forman team, Ashley was an English and History teacher for middle and upper school students, a coach, advisor and dorm parent, giving her insight in both the classroom and community life at Forman. Ashley can personally relate to each incoming student, as she spent her high school years as a boarding student at Cheshire Academy in Cheshire, CT. 
Ian Tigh
Admission Counselor - 860.567.1895
Ian graduated from Dickinson College in May of 2014 with a degree in Italian Studies and a minor in Psychology. Ian relates easily to boarding school life, having been a member of the Class of 2010 at St. George's School in Newport, RI.
Susan DeAngelis
Admission Assistant - 860.567.1802
Susan joined the Forman School community in 2006 as Administrative Assistant for the Admission Office, having been a Special Education Instructional Assistant for six years in the Middlebury/Southbury school system. For nine years, prior to her work with special education, Susan operated her own day care facility and was also a Corporate Administrative Assistant. Susan’s experience working with students with learning disabilities combined with her years as an Administrative Assistant prove invaluable to Forman’s Admission Office. She holds a degree from the Stone School of Business and is currently attending Northwestern CT Community College in their Business Management A.S. Degree Program. Susan’s daughter, Emily, graduated from Forman in 2008, and her son, Jake, graduated in 2012. In her free time, Susan is an avid gardener and she loves to kayak, hike, and camp.
