The Forman School Board of Trustees has announced that Gregory Floyd & Associates, a consulting and search firm for schools, has been selected to direct the search for the new Head of School. Gregory Floyd has had a 40-year career of service to non-profit institutions as a school head, NAIS executive, and consultant. He has conducted over 160 searches for heads of schools including a number for schools whose focus is on students with learning differences.

Mr. Floyd’s initial focus will be on learning about Forman School, spending time with trustees, parents, faculty, administrators and students. The Search Committee members are:
