At Forman School, having ADHD isn’t what makes you different—it’s part of how you learn.

Located on a 125-acre campus in Litchfield, Connecticut, Forman is a coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9–12 with diagnosed learning differences.

Unlike many independent schools, Forman doesn’t send students out of class for separate support. Instead, cognition and learning strategies are woven directly into our curriculum. Instruction is personalized so every student can access the content and stay fully engaged in the classroom.

Here, students learn how they learn. They develop metacognitive strategies, strengthen organization, and build practical toolkits for reading and writing—all within a supportive community where they can grow with confidence.

Based in Litchfield, Connecticut, Forman is a coed college prep school specializing in dyslexia and ADHD. It is America’s first coed college prep school dedicated to students in grades 9-12 with learning differences.
