Why Give? Donate to Support LD & ADHD Students
A Forman School education is an extraordinary investment. Current families, alumni, and friends support us because they believe in the mission and they have seen the returns.
The Impact of Giving
As the result of generous gifts from people like you:
- 26% of Forman School students receive financial aid.
We offer a highly personalized, richly resourced, 7-days-a-week boarding school program that is undeniably expensive. Gifts to the Annual Fund grant access to a Forman education to students who would not otherwise be able to afford it. These gifts can reset the trajectory of a student’s life.
- Our teachers receive more professional development than teachers at any other boarding school.
Gifts to the Annual Fund allow us to bring the world’s leading experts to campus, not only to lecture but also to work one-on-one with faculty. Research-based insights into neurobiology or expert eyes on a teacher’s lesson plan lead to out-of-the-ordinary outcomes for LD students.
- Boarding at Forman is more appealing than ever.
Compelling student opportunities on the social side add variety to life on campus. With your Annual Fund gift, we can offer exciting new choices and options, from activities at the Student Center to the highly celebrated food trucks. These gifts are a draw for current students and prospective families alike.
- Our athletics program is huge for a school of our size.
By providing funds for everything from team uniforms to special skills clinics to the Positive Coaching Alliance, your gifts to the Annual Fund enable us to build on the positive experiences the place athletics at the heart of the Forman experience.
- Campus buildings are state-of-the-art.
Your capital gifts make integral projects successful, including the Visual and Performing Arts Center, Science Center, and Ingenuity Lab. These investments are benefitting students right now, and they will continue to yield dividends for generations to come.
The only way we can continue the legacy of John Forman, and offer the highest quality college prep school experience for students with learning differences, is with your support.
