After arriving in New Haven on Thursday afternoon, students joined nearly 2,000 other participants from around the world for the Opening Ceremony before attending their first committee meeting that lasted well into the night.
Music teacher Jerrod Cattey often plays gigs in the greater Litchfield area with his jazz band. On the night of January 16, Cattey and his band played at Sasso's Coal Fired Pizza in Torrington.
The arts are a very important part of an education at Forman. So it is always gratifying for the entire community when a student is singled out for recognition.
