On the night of January 26, the Student Center was buzzing with activity. The school's innovative Project-Based Learning initiative was on display, showing visitors the latest updates on various student-led projects. While also a chance to demonstrate current ideas being worked out, the night is also a form of recruitment as students may see something they like and perhaps are inspired to begin a project of their own.
Another aspect showcased was the depth and variety of Project-Based Learning at Forman. A wide selection of disciplines, including Latin III, Chemistry, World History, Pre-Calculus and Philosophy, Physics, Algebra I, American Sign Language, and Robotics were on display and showed that innovative, hands-on learning can take place in any class.
