Several times in every school year, Head of School Adam Man and his wife, Beth, invite students and faculty to their house for a themed food event. On Saturday, October 13, sushi was the main attraction for the first gathering of the 2018-'19 Forman School year.
With over 50 hungry students stopping by, the evening was a rousing success by every measure. Along with the sushi from Bizen of Great Barrington, MA, there was tempura shrimp and dumplings, as well as vegetarian rolls and dumplings. For dessert, pumpkin cheesecake and a variety of ice creams put a sweet ending on a delicious night. When the evening came to a close, leftovers were not a factor as most of the food had been enjoyed.
"The food was wonderful. But our favorite part of the evening was seeing all the kids enjoying the food and relaxing together," said Beth Man. "We just love having them here at the house."
