The third year of Forman School’s revamped Summer Program has begun and campus is filled with energy and excitment! Students and their families from 11 states and 9 countries were given a warm welcome on Tuesday, July 5, for the 4-week coed boarding and day program.
Guests arrived for registration, campus tours, and a picnic lunch, and then parents to said their farewells. The students and organizers took advantage of the warm, sunny weather with fun outdoor games and icebreaker activities. Participants were also introduced to the academic program and upcoming projects in the Science Center, before boarders were given time to settle into their dorms.
The School’s lush, picturesque campus will be home to Forman Summer through July 30. The students, who are entering grades 7-11, will be immersed in fun, skill-building courses such as Math, Reading, Writing, Metacognitive Strategies, and Executive Functions. Afternoon activities include jewelry making, boat building, soccer, lacrosse, a ropes course, theater, horseback riding, fishing, and more.
We look forward to watching our Forman Summer Program students learn and grow!
