The spirit of giving is alive among Forman School students. On Sunday, October 16, a group of 30 Forman students gathered for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at White Memorial Conservation Center in Litchfield. This is the ninth year that Forman participated in the event, which benefits the American Cancer Society.
Forman ranked in the top 12 of 40 teams for donations with a total of $880 raised. The School has a goal of $1,000 and it’s not too late to be a part of this great cause. Click here to donate through team Forman.
Caroline Mahan ’18 was the School’s team leader and helped raise the bulk of Forman’s gift. She was also named as the Citizen of the Week “for her stellar leadership, high level of accountability and support, and leading team Forman for the Breast Cancer Walk.”
