Coach Davis began his coaching career at his alma mater, Vermont Academy, where he spent three years as an assistant coach of the boys’ varsity team. He also spent a year coaching at The Boys’ Latin School in Baltimore, MD and two years as a boys’ junior varsity coach at Forman before taking over the girls’ program at the start of the 2013-2014 season. Forman’s girls’ varsity basketball team qualified for the Class E New England Tournament in each of Coach Davis’ first two years with the program before the team decided to reclassify to Class D to address the increase in talent that had joined the program. Coach Davis believes in teaching athletes to play with a team-first attitude and with a commitment to hard work. Cara Clarke | profile
Cara joined Forman in July 2016 as an English Teacher with nearly 25 years of independent school experience. Most recently, she worked at Cushing Academy for eight years and held the positions of Academic Support Teacher and Advisor, Head Dorm Parent, and Senior/Postgraduate Dean. Additionally, she was the Head Field Hockey Coach, NEPSAC Secretary for Class B Field Hockey, and Assistant Coach for Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse. Cara has led summer sessions and served as Associate Dean of Students, Director of Residence Life, and Outdoor Education Director at multiple schools. She lives in Hamilton with her husband, Wayne, and two children.
