Student Spotlight: Bella Mendelson ’26

July 8, 2026
When Bella Mendelson ’26 arrived at Forman School, she was nervous about what the future would hold. By the time she graduated, she had become a confident leader, mentor, and advocate for herself and others.

Throughout her time at Forman, Bella embraced opportunities to get involved across campus. She served as an All-School Officer, Head Ambassador, social media contributor, and founded the school’s peer mentoring program.

Bella credits Forman’s personalized approach to education and executive functioning program with helping her better understand how she learns and giving her the confidence to advocate for herself. Through the support of her teachers and peers, she discovered her strengths, stepped outside her comfort zone, and developed skills that will serve her well beyond graduation.

“I think Forman was the best decision I ever made,” Bella said. “It’s amazing how far I’ve come and how far I’m going to go.”

Bella’s journey reflects the transformation so many students experience at Forman—from uncertain to unstoppable. This fall, she will continue that journey at Bucknell University, where she plans to study marketing.
