In her current role, Charlene continues to make a lasting difference. As the nomination continues, she “has provided compassionate, expert guidance to students navigating academic, social, and emotional challenges, ensuring that each student feels seen, supported, and empowered. Her work has directly influenced student well-being and success, leaving an enduring mark not only on individuals but on the culture of care that defines the school.”
It concludes, “For her sustained, transformative impact on the school and for her remarkable record of loyal and selfless service, I can think of no more deserving recipient of the Frederick M. Lione Distinguished Service Award than Charlene Halloran.”
This award is given annually to honor the legacy of Frederick M. Lione Jr., P’91, a long-time Forman Trustee who passed away in 2022. The award is presented to a member of the Forman faculty, administration, staff, or Forman Trustee for outstanding, dedicated service to the school over a period of years.
