Kramer joined Forman in 2020 as a Science and Psychology teacher before his current role as a Science Teacher. Kramer attended Taft School in Watertown, CT, before going on to graduate from Amherst College in 2017 with a B.A. in Biology and Psychology. After college, Kramer worked in New York City in the business operations of a healthcare company. He also previously volunteered as a coach for Brooklyn Lacrosse Club and as a writing instructor for a college preparatory nonprofit called Minds Matter. Kramer's experience working with high school-age students in New York coupled with his experience at Taft inspired him to pursue a career in education at a boarding school, where he could be a part of his students’ lives not only in the classroom but also as a coach and mentor. Kramer is the Head Coach of Cross Country, Alpine Ski, and Boys’ Lacrosse teams. He is a Secondary Dorm Parent in Giles.
